So many that I meet, in my experience, seem to have little or no appreciation of life through a lens or in venting a creative ability. I'm so glad that I bought my daughter a camera, because I've watched her struggle with the basics (fingers and thumbs, wrong settings etc) to becoming an appreciator of light, form and interesting, sometimes candid, scenarios.
I also like to think that it has given her a tolerance to the differences between people and their cultures.
One more thing...thank you to those youngsters that have taken the time to converse with me and shown great maturity in their comments. It never ceases to amaze me.
Spike.

Why does man create?
Is it mans purpose on Earth to express himself, to bring thought to form, and to discover meaning in experience?
...or is it just something to do when he's bored?
